Our Story · Since 2016
Named for the harbour
that once traded in spice.
Long before shipping lanes had names, Kerala's coast was a meeting point — pepper, cardamom and ginger loaded onto dhows bound for ports the traders themselves had never seen. Café Zamorin borrows that spirit of exchange: nadan recipes passed down through kitchens, served the way they'd be served at home, alongside coffee and chai brewed the way the coast has always liked it.
Started in 2016 in Bangalore, right by Kristu Jayanti University — and still there today, five branches on.
